軟包鋰電池測厚技術解決方案

現在鋰離子電池首要(yao)(yao)方(fang)(fang)形、圓(yuan)柱、軟包(bao)三(san)大類,其(qi)間(jian)方(fang)(fang)形和圓(yuan)柱的(de)外殼(ke)首要(yao)(yao)選用鋁合金(jin)、不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼等(deng)硬(ying)殼(ke),而軟包(bao)的(de)外殼(ke)則選用鋁塑膜,這是他們(men)的(de)本質區別(bie),功能方(fang)(fang)面軟包(bao)的(de)首要(yao)(yao)優勢包(bao)含:


(1)安(an)全功能好:電(dian)解液(ye)(ye)較少漏(lou)液(ye)(ye),且在發作(zuo)(zuo)安(an)全隱(yin)患的情況下軟包電(dian)池會鼓氣裂開,而不像硬殼電(dian)池那樣內壓過大會發作(zuo)(zuo)爆炸;


(2)分(fen)量輕:軟(ruan)包電池分(fen)量較同等容量的鋼殼方(fang)形電池輕40%,較鋁殼方(fang)形電池輕20%;


(3)電池容量大:軟(ruan)包節約體(ti)積20%,較同等規格尺度的(de)鋼(gang)殼電池容量高50%,較高20~30%;


(4)循環功能(neng)好:軟包電池(chi)的循環壽數更(geng)長,100次(ci)循環衰(shuai)減比(bi)鋁(lv)殼少4%~7%;


(5)內阻小(xiao)(xiao):軟包電(dian)(dian)池的內阻較(jiao)鋰電(dian)(dian)池小(xiao)(xiao),國(guo)內最小(xiao)(xiao)可做到35mΩ以下,極大地降低電(dian)(dian)池的自(zi)耗電(dian)(dian);


(6)設計靈敏:可(ke)根據客戶需(xu)求定制外形,可(ke)以做更薄,普通鋁殼只能做到4mm,軟包可(ke)以做到0.5mm。


三種類(lei)型電(dian)池的功能比較(jiao):


在功能方面軟包電池(chi)更(geng)具綜(zong)合優勢,未來運用(yong)遠景寬廣:


1)軟包電池更適合便攜式、對空(kong)間(jian)或厚度要(yao)求高(gao)的(de)運用范(fan)疇,例如3C消費類電子產品(pin);


2)盡管(guan)方(fang)形(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的單體容量(liang)高,但又重又大(da),而(er)(er)軟包電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)(zai)能量(liang)密度方(fang)面優勢顯著,而(er)(er)且現在(zai)(zai)單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯也在(zai)(zai)往大(da)容量(liang)、高倍率方(fang)向開展,將更符合新能源汽(qi)車等(deng)范疇對移動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的要(yao)求;


3)盡(jin)管(guan)圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)生產工藝老(lao)練、能量(liang)密(mi)度(du)優勢(shi)顯著,但由于單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的(de)(de)容量(liang)很小,故相同(tong)容量(liang)巨細的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)Pack需要(yao)更多(duo)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯,例如特斯拉ModelS的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)Pack容量(liang)為(wei)85kWh,大約有(you)7000多(duo)顆18650型圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),這對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管(guan)理系統BMS要(yao)求非常高,而軟(ruan)包電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)單體容量(liang)可抵上(shang)10個以上(shang)18650型圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),對BMS的(de)(de)要(yao)求較低,介于國內乃至全球大多(duo)數BMS配套能力有(you)限,大容量(liang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)Pack不會過多(duo)選用(yong)圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),另外(wai),圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)因能量(liang)密(mi)度(du)太高導(dao)致安全性較差,且硬殼導(dao)致內壓大,故常發作爆(bao)炸事件,而軟(ruan)包電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)則具(ju)有(you)顯著優勢(shi)。


我國現在主流電動車企在加速軟(ruan)包(bao)(bao)電池的運用。北汽、上(shang)汽等乘用車企紛繁開(kai)端嘗試(shi)運用軟(ruan)包(bao)(bao)電池,其(qi)間萬向A123和孚能科技軟(ruan)包(bao)(bao)電池占據(ju)主流。與此同時,國內(nei)三(san)元(yuan)軟(ruan)包(bao)(bao)技術進步顯著(zhu),能量(liang)密度大(da)幅提升。軟(ruan)包(bao)(bao)趨勢興起,企業為(wei)搶(qiang)占先機(ji),加大(da)軟(ruan)包(bao)(bao)擴產(chan)力度。


面對巨大的(de)市場誘惑,國(guo)內企業也紛(fen)繁布局鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)軟(ruan)包業務。2018年(nian)1-5月份(fen),我國(guo)動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)裝(zhuang)機(ji)量(liang)達(da)12.66Gwh,同比增(zeng)加247.80%。其間軟(ruan)包動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)裝(zhuang)機(ji)量(liang)達(da)1.43Gwh,同比增(zeng)加71.98%,市場占比達(da)11%,占比同比去(qu)年(nian)1-5月份(fen)下降(jiang)了12個百分點;首(shou)要原因(yin)是前(qian)五個月寧德年(nian)代和比亞迪裝(zhuang)機(ji)量(liang)增(zeng)速較快(kuai),增(zeng)大了方形(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)市場份(fen)額,而(er)軟(ruan)包和圓(yuan)柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)則有所下降(jiang)。預(yu)測鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)需求與軟(ruan)包浸(jin)透率并肩(jian)增(zeng)加,2020年(nian)軟(ruan)包浸(jin)透率41%左(zuo)右,軟(ruan)包電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)需求將達(da)59GWh,GAGR為35%。


軟包電池(chi)一般有(you)三個封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)印(yin)邊,靠熱封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)調節適宜的溫度(du)、力(li)度(du)、時(shi)間(jian)等(deng)參數(shu)來保證(zheng)密封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)效(xiao)果,封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)印(yin)的質(zhi)量直接影響電池(chi)的安全性、壽數(shu)等(deng)。過封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)和欠封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)都容易引起(qi)質(zhi)量不(bu)良(liang)。封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)印(yin)的厚度(du)是(shi)衡量封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)印(yin)質(zhi)量的顯著(zhu)指標,對(dui)頂側封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)工(gong)序進(jin)行厚度(du)監(jian)控是(shi)進(jin)步電池(chi)質(zhi)量和安全性的重(zhong)要手段。
